Samsung offering six months free Google Play Music with flagship purchase

Samsung Ireland has teamed up with Google Play Music to offer a free six-month subscription with every purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge device in Ireland.

Customers in Ireland who buy a flagship Samsung device will be able to get access to millions of songs, curated playlists for a range of occasions, and curated radio stations. This offer runs from August 1st until October 31st. The subscription must be redeemed by December 1st.

The partnership came about as a result of research that revealed that more than a third of people in the UK use their smartphones as a primary music device, listening up to 15 hours a week.
