Here are Xbox's free Games with Gold in August

Microsoft announced the games that will be free to Xbox Live Gold subscribers in August as part of its Games with Gold promotion.

Xbox One owners will be able to download Hideo Kojima's Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes. This should whet your appetite ahead of the release of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain in September.

August will also see How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition go free to download from August 16th until September 15th.

Meanwhile, Xbox 360 owners will be able to dive into the Metro franchise in August. Metro 2033 will be available to download from August 1st-15th, while its sequel will then be free from August 16th-31st.

All of these games will be available for free to Xbox Live Gold members.
