VIDEOS: Street Fighter V's beta suffers server outages

Street Fighter V’s beta launched last night before soon faltering as its servers were put under pressure by players.

The game is currently offline with Capcom working on a fix. Capcom’s Yoshinori Ono apologised for the issues. Meanwhile, the Street Fighter Twitter account revealed that the beta’s duration will be extended to make up for lost time.

As it is a beta, it’s hard to feel too disappointed about these issues. It’s better they are found and fixed now than when the game officially launches. This is what betas are for after all.
