Logi's first accessories are drop-proof iPad cases

After unveiling the new Logi brand, Logitech announced the first accessories that will bear the brand name.

It announced the Logi Blok family of cases for iPad Air and iPad mini. The Logi Blok have durable, rugged designs that are designed to be drop-proof. They can withstand impacts from a maximum height of six feet.

The cases have a colourful design, which seems to be something that Logitech is pushing with the Logi brand.

The most basic Blok case, the Logi BLOK Protective Shell, comes with a free screen protector and costs $39.99.

The other two cases are only available for the iPad Air 2. The Blok Protective Case ($69.99) has a flap that covers the screen and an "any-angle" stand that lets you position the iPad adequately. Meanwhile the Logi Blok Protective Keyboard Case ($129.99) comes with a detachable keyboard.

Logitech says that all three cases will be released in August. It says that this is just the beginning for the Logi brand.
