Black Ops 3's multiplayer beta begins on PS4 in August

PlayStation 4 owners will enjoy the first benefit of Sony’s deal with Activision in August when the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta kicks off.

Black Ops 3's multiplayer beta begins on PS4 in August

The multiplayer beta begins on August 19th, according to developer Treyarch. But that’s only for PlayStation 4 players.

Activision says that the beta will launch on other platforms, but after its launch on PlayStation 4. The publisher said that it will announce release dates for the beta on other platforms soon.

To be able to play the beta, you must first pre-order or pre-purchase Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. You can then redeem your code on the Call of Duty website.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be released on November 6th, 2015 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. There will be plenty of DLC released thereafter, which will be available first on PlayStation 4.
