Young Darth Vader from the Star Wars prequels arrested after high speed chase

Unfortunately, it seems like he's still fond of a bit of high speed action, as the now 26 year old actor was just arrested in South Carolina for travelling at over 100 miles per hour on the Interstate.

The young man originally gave his name as Jake Broadbent but was later confirmed as Lloyd by a former talent agent who worked with him. The car chase went on for 25 miles and through two counties until Lloyd went offroad and through a fence before continuing for a time and crashing into a set of trees.

At the time of writing, he's still in jail.

Lloyd has generally cited his experience on The Phantom Menace as destroying his career after being stuck in a publicty blitz at the tender age of 9. He lent his voice to a series of Star Wars games up until 2002 but has since quit the public scene, bar some appearances at conventions.
