Steam Sale Encore has ALL the bargains - Fallout and Wolfenstein and Fable and more

The mega Steam Summer Sale is just about to end, but that just means all the big bargains are back for one day only!

The Steam Summer Sale is a yearly event of excellence, especially for those who don't have a lot of cash and have a PC with plenty of free hard drive space. The daily deals have been pretty good this year but now its time for the main event - it's Encore Day!

That basically means a massive blowout for the end of the sale, bringing back deep discounts and franchise packs to ensure you're getting real value for money. And some of these bargains are pretty insane.

The full list is available right here but let it be known that there are classic games available for as little as 3 quid. Let's run down a few of the best packs, especially if you're new to this gaming lark.

Assassin's Creed Franchise - 9 games here with dicsounts of up to 75 percent. Get the first game for just €2.50 and the great Black Flag for €7.99!

Wolfenstein Franchise - 5 full games including the original first person shooter Wolfenstein for €1.24 and brand new The Old Blood for just €9.99.

Fallout Franchise - get up to date before Fallout 4 with 5 games to date and hundreds of hours of gameplay. New Vegas is amazing (and buggy!).

The Witcher Franchise - Top quality RPG action, pay €68.79 for all three games to date in their enhanced versions and get to know Geralt. Intimately.
