Watch the action-packed trailer for Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation
The second full-length trailer for Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation lets Tom Cruise show off. He performs handbrake turns at high speed, holds his breath underwater for a ridiculous amount of time, and even clings onto the outside of an airplane’s door as it takes off.
Well, at least we know that Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation won’t hold back on the action.
Alongside the explosions and action, we also learn more about the story of Rogue Nation. The IMF is under threat of being shut down and with the appearance of an anti-IMF group the members themselves are at risk.
Rogue Nation will apparently be similar in tone to ‘Ghost Protocol’ and it will include nods to, and even Easter eggs for, previous Mission Impossible films.
Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation features a star-studded cast that includes Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris, America Olivo, and Alec Baldwin.
The film is due in cinemas on July 30th.
