Valve now offers refunds for all Steam games

Valve has, in the past, offered refunds in extreme circumstances for games purchased through Steam. Now it’s expanding its refund policy to cover all games purchased via Steam.

Whether you’ve loaded it up only to find that your PC isn’t good enough to play it, or you simply don’t like the game, you’ll be able to get a refund.

There are some conditions, of course. You will have to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and you must have played it for less than two hours. You can still apply for a refund if your purchase doesn’t meet these conditions, and Valve will “take a look.”
