Dark Souls 3 may be unveiled at E3
A source familiar with the matter told VG247 that Dark Souls 3 will be announced at E3. The source guessed that it may be featured as part of Sony’s press conference on June 15th.
Hidetaka Miyazaki, who previously directed Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls and Bloodborne, is again heading the team after moving to a supervisory role for Dark Souls 2.
Unfortunately, the source didn’t reveal any details about the game itself.
Thankfully, we shouldn’t have too long to wait. E3 gets underway in two weeks’ time with Dark Souls 3 likely to make an appearance. Sony’s conference will be held on June 15th, and there’s a good chance that Dark Souls 3 will be unveiled during this.
Some fans were unhappy with how much fairer Dark Souls 2 was in comparison to its predecessor. It will be interesting to see what approach From Software takes with Dark Souls 3.
