Microsoft is set to release a new and updated Xbox One model this year.

New Xbox One model coming this year

The 2015 revamp of the Xbox One console was accidentally listed on Amazon. The console’s release date is listed as June 15th, but this just happens to be the day that Microsoft holds its E3 press conference.

The new Xbox One will come with 1TB of storage. By comparison, the current model has 500GB of storage space. To go along with this increased storage, there are rumours that Microsoft will boost the PVR capabilities of the console.

The Amazon listing reveals that the new Xbox One controller will feature a regular 3.5mm headphone jack. This means that players will be able to plug in their own headphones immediately.

Amazon priced the console at $400, but we’re sure we’ll hear a finalised price at Microsoft’s E3 conference. That price excludes the Kinect controller.

Microsoft will share more details about the 2015 Xbox One model at its E3 conference on June 15th.
