Darksiders 2 'Deathinitive Edition' listed on Amazon
The remastered title will be called Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition, according to the Amazon listing. It only has a placeholder release date for the time being; it is listed for release on December 31st, 2015.Darksiders publisher Nordic Games is yet to announce the definitive edition of Darksiders 2 or even comment on the listing.Nordic picked up the rights to the Darksiders franchise following the collapse of the series' previous publisher THQ. It is yet to announce further plans for the series, but has been approached by developers.Current-gen console versions of other Nordic properties have also appeared online. Legend of Kay HD, Arcania - The Complete Tale, MX vs ATV: Supercross Encore Edition and The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 have also been given December 31st placeholder release dates. These will change once Nordic actually announces these titles.Perhaps Nordic Games will reveal more during E3, which is just three weeks away.
