Superfan Nick Mundy of Screen Junkies has interviewed Johnson over the years for a number of films. And each appearance is usually quite amusing. They’ve grown quite close over the years, although The Rock did turn down his invitation to his wedding.Instead, he went one better. Nick Mundy thought that he was supposed to meet Johnson for another press bit to promote the release of San Andreas. As the video shows, things didn’t quite go to plan. And Mundy was under pressure.But what he thought was turning out to be the worst day of his life turned out to be one of his best. Not only did Nick Mundy get to marry his fiancé, but he had his “best friend” Dwayne Johnson perform the ceremony.Yes, The Rock went to the trouble of getting ordained, just so that he could officiate this wedding. It makes for a great video. And it’s more memorable than most press junkets.
