Samsung's Galaxy A8 could feature fingerprint sensor
That’s according to SamMobile’s insider sources. They say that the mid-range handset will include the fingerprint sensor, which will increase security. The stylish metal-edged smartphone is also tipped to be Samsung’s thinnest smartphone yet.Perhaps the most interesting news to come from these sources is that the handset could be released further afield than originally expected. It was previously reported that the handset would only appear in China. The sources say that it could be released in Asian and European markets.The Galaxy A8 is expected to feature a 5.7-inch full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core chip (running at either 1.7GHz or 1.0GHz), 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a 3,050mAh battery.It is said to feature a 16 megapixel camera on the rear and a 5 megapixel camera for selfies.We should hear something officially from Samsung about the Galaxy A8 in the near future.
