P.T. to be pulled from PSN store
Naturally, this has led to more fan speculation that Silent Hills is being cancelled. Question marks have surrounded the game for some time now. It all started when Konami removed Kojima Productions’ logo from the P.T/Silent Hills website and the Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain boxart. This resulted in rumours that Hideo Kojima’s Kojima Productions would be terminating its relationship with Konami at the end of its contract in December. Some even went so far as to suggest that Kojima himself had been fired. Konami was quick to shoot down the latter rumour.Konami and Kojima said that the Metal Gear creator would be seeing The Phantom Pain through to release. No such promise was made for Silent Hills. It seems unusual to remove the teaser for the upcoming game, especially as it’s a great horror title in its own right. Perhaps at this stage, it will get more publicity for Silent Hills thanks to recent uncertainty than it will by existing as a playable teaser.Konami hasn’t made any official comment yet.
P.T., the playable teaser for the upcoming Silent Hills game, is being removed from the PSN, leading to more speculation over Silent Hills' future.
