Assassin's Creed creator announces new IP

Former Ubisoft creative director and Assassin's Creed creator Patrice Désilets has announced a new IP called Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey.

A trailer for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey was shown off at the Reboot Develop 2015 conference in Dubrovnik. The teaser video recapped various moments in the history and evolution of mankind. The trailer makes references to previous games that Désilets has worked on before revealing that “It’s time for the greatest adventure of all.”
