European League of Legends fans will be able to see top level players duke it out in person, as the League of Legends World Championships stops in several countries this autumn.

Riot announced details of the World Championships, which will take place in Paris, London, Brussels, and Berlin. Each city will host a stage of the knock outs, with Berlin being given the honour of hosting the final.Last year, the World Championships were held across Taipei, Singapore, Busan and Seoul, Korea with the grand final being held in the World Cup stadium in front of 40,000 spectators. The final was watched online by 27 million viewers worldwide with 11.2 million concurrent viewers at peak. In the end, Samsung Galaxy White walked away with $1,000,000.World Championships Details:

  • Group Stages: October 1-4 and October 8-11 - Le Dock Pullman, Paris
  • Quarterfinals: October 15-18 - SSE Arena Wembley, London
  • Semifinals: October 24-25 - Brussels Expo, Brussels
  • Finals: October 31 - Mercedes-Benz Area (formerly O2 Arena, Berlin) - Halloween costume optional
