Poltergeist remake trailer is here to terrify you... with an awful Irish accent

Poltergeist is a horror classic, a terrifying tale of what happens when you let little waiflike girls watch too much TV, and home to the best scene of a man scraping off his own face you're every likely to see in family-friendly-fare. So there's a remake coming, because of money.Honestly, the material released to date for Gil Kenan's new Poltergeist makes it look like a pefectly reasonable chiller, with all the creepy clowns and stolen children you could wish for in this kind of picture. It has a couple of decent cast members in Sam Rockwell and Rosemarie DeWitt and a terrible Irish accent from Jared Harris, who is probably making daddy Richard turn over in his grave. Here's the latest trailer. Shudder at those vowels.
