Kevin Hart just has good chemistry with his co-stars. It was obvious in the recently released The Wedding Ringer with Josh Gad and it seems to be holding true with Will Ferrell in the upcoming comedy Get Hard.

Convicted of a white collar crime, middle class chap Ferrell is going to jail in 30 days so, convinced he's going to get murdered, he asks the only black person he knows for help. Turns out, Hart isn't exactly an ex con.
