Gillian Flynn`s Dark Places Movie Gets a Trailer
It lacks the twisted sense of humour of Gone Girl and never really gets into the story its trying to tell about a washed up woman trying to investigate the truth behind the murder of her entire family. So I can't say I was all that interested when I heard that the book was being adapted for the screen but a new medium means it could be improved upon, right?Well Dark Places certainly has a decent cast, including Charlize Theron in the lead role as well as Chloe Moretz, Christina Hendricks, Nicholas Hoult and Corey Stoll. The film was written and directed byGilles Paquet-Brenner (Sarah's Key, Pretty Things) and marks his second English language film. The first trailer is out and looks like this.
