INFOGRAPHIC: More Irish adults use Snapchat daily than Twitter

Snapchat is one of the fastest growing messaging apps in Ireland - almost one quarter of Irish adults use it.

New figures released today by Ipsos MRBI on social media and messaging trands has some interesting figures.

Irish adults are more likely to use Snapchat everyday rather than popular social media site Twitter.

395,000 Irish adults over the age of 15 use Twitter every day, while 500,000 Irish adults use Snapchat daily.

Last May it was revealed that 80% of 15 - 24-year-olds and 30% of 25 - 34-year-olds in Ireland had a Snapchat account.
