MORE than 50 jobs will result from the transfer by Sandisk of its European and Middle East (EMEA) headquarters from Holland to Dublin.

Ed Moro, vice-president and managing director for Sandisk in EMEA, cited the availability of skilled staff and the good “work ethic” in Ireland as significant factors for moving to Dublin.

It was much more than the low corporation tax, he said.
