Digiweb buys up Tiscali’s business

BROADBAND provider Digiweb has acquired the satellite broadband business of Italian firm Tiscali.

Neither side disclosed the value of the deal, but Digiweb said it is the first of its “aggressive” expansion plans for Europe.
