Hard drive firm to expand in North

SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY, the biggest US maker of hard-disk drives, is to expand its operations in the North, generating 300 new jobs.

Seagate will invest £83 million (€123m), including £25 million in government funding, in its two plants in Springtown and Limavady.
