Two WIT projects receive €2.5m

THE Institute of Technology has been awarded €2.5 million in funding by Enterprise Ireland.

Nationwide, five projects were approved for funding totalling €6.25m but WIT was the only institute to get funding for two projects. Projects from the School of Engineering and School of Science and the Telecommunications Software and Systems Group were approved in the Applied Research Enhancement Scheme.
