Magnet announces €65m investment

DIGITAL media and services operator Magnet Networks has announced plans for a network investment of up to €65m by the end of 2008.

In a strategy to be announced later this month, the company plans to expand its customer base from its present location in the greater Dublin and Leinster areas.

Since launching its services last December to residential customers at selected developments in north Dublin, the company has expanded to reach new subscribers in the city and surrounding area.

The company employs 75 people and is actively recruiting.
