Horizon predicts bright 2005 results

HORIZON TECHNOLOGY, the Dublin and London-listed systems integration and IT product distributor, said turnover and operating profit for 2005 will be in line with expectations.

Horizon publishes results in March.

Horizon chief executive, Gary Coburn said: “We had seven consecutive periods of earnings growth and the group continues to meet market expectations.”

Horizon was established in Dublin in 1988 by Samir Naji - currently chairman - and has revenues of more than €400m. The group now concentrates on selling IT equipment in Ireland via its Clarity Distribution operation and providing IT services in Ireland and Britain.
