Numerous Irish ports are wide and deep enough for the delivery of turbine blades, critical for wind energy projects.

We can’t build or operate offshore wind farms without using Ireland’s existing network of ports and harbours. This presents a real economic opportunity for some of Ireland’s coastal communities.
