Marie Melody has been appointed as a corporate tax partner with professional services firm Grant Thornton. She brings two decades of experience across industry and professional services, advising domestic and multinational organisations on all aspects of Irish tax, with a focus on reorganisations, M&A transactions and international tax planning. A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute, Marie will support the growth of the firm’s all-island and cross-border corporate tax offering, working with businesses to navigate complexity and realise their growth ambitions. Her work spans cash and effective tax rate management, tax compliance and risk mitigation, as well as Revenue engagement, including audits and enquiries.
