Xeinadin boosts its Irish leadership team with new partner roles
Xeinadin Ireland new partners: Roisin Purcell, Sandra Clarke, managing partner, and Margaret Ryan.
Irish and UK professional services provider Xeinadin has strengthened its leadership team in Ireland with the appointments of Margaret Ryan and Roisin Purcell as partners.
Sandra Clarke, managing partner of Xeinadin Ireland, said: “Margaret and Roisin are exceptional additions to our leadership team, and their appointments reflect Xeinadin's continued ambition for growth across Ireland. Both bring extensive expertise, vast technical knowledge and a strong track record of delivering exceptional results for clients.”
Based in Limerick, Margaret will work with Xeinadin’s audit teams across the country. She joins from PwC, where she was a director for four years. With 25 years of experience, Margaret has also senior roles at EY, BDO and Shannon Airport Group.
She has led audits and delivered assurance services to domestic and multinational organisations across manufacturing, medical devices, pharma, construction, agribusiness, and technology.
Roisin Purcell also brings 25 years of experience in personal and corporation tax cases, looking after all aspects of the client’s tax affairs. In recent years, she has specialised in private client tax issues.
Based in the Southeast, working from Xeinadin’s Kilkenny and Wexford offices, Roisin will work closely with entrepreneurs, business owners and private clients, providing strategic tax advice on growth, succession planning, and wealth management.
The appointments were announced at Xeinadin's annual Partner Conference, held this year at the Mansion House in Dublin. Taking place in Ireland for the first time, the conference hosted more than 300 Xeinadin partners from across Ireland and the UK.
In 2025, seven firms joined Xeinadin from across the country. Xeinadin is undertaking a further round of strategic investments in 2026, acquiring additional practices and further expanding its presence across Ireland.
