Gender balance group 30% Club Ireland has appointed Lorna Conn, CEO of recruitment firm Cpl, as its new chair, succeeding Accenture’s Paula Neary.

Under Paula Neary’s leadership, the 30% Club Ireland strengthened its research agenda, expanded its member base and reinforced its position as a constructive, business-led voice on gender balance at senior levels.
