Kinore acquires Cork practice Martin & Co and Dublin firms Clear Group and Only Audit

Professional services firm is now targeting revenues of €15m by 2028

Professional services firm Kinore is targeting revenues of €15m by 2028 after completing the acquisitions of Martin & Co Accountants in Cork, and Dublin-based Clear Group Accountants and Only Audit Limited 

Professional services firm Kinore is targeting revenues of €15m by 2028 after completing the acquisitions of three Irish firms, based in Cork and Dublin. 

Kinore has agreed deals for Martin & Co Accountants in Cork, and Dublin-based Clear Group Accountants and Only Audit Limited. Martin & Co delivers accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax consultancy services. Clear Group, founded in 2009 provides accounting, payroll, and tax services. Only Audit Limited is a dedicated audit practice, supporting accounting firms across Ireland with independent audits.
