Employers need to prioritise skills training, workplace flexibility and employee wellbeing, particularly if they want to be attractive to in-demand AI and Cloud talent.

A survey by professional services firm Accenture of hiring patterns has shown a 20% surge in demand for AI and Cloud professionals in Cork. Another standout survey response was the 33.1% rise in remote-only tech roles nationally.
