Deirdre Hayes has been appointed as head of property for Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM), the Dublin-based institutional real estate manager of over 120 properties across a number of sectors. Deirdre will manage and developing the portfolio and lead ILIM’s team of 16 property specialists across its funds in Ireland and in Europe. Deirdre joined ILIM in 2016 and has a wealth of property industry experience. She was ILIM’s head of Irish commercial property, playing a critical role in the design and delivery of landmark assets, including the award-winning Cadenza building at Earlsfort Terrace. She also established ILIM’s market-leading sustainable real estate strategy.
