Eir hit with over 600 customer care issues in final three months of 2024, says ComReg

The customer care team of ComReg recorded more than 500 fixed service provider issues for Eir in the final three months of 2024, with a further 125 mobile service provider issues being recorded for the telecommunications company.
Publishing its Customer Care Statistics Report for the final quarter of last year, ComReg recorded 281 fixed service provider issues for Vodafone, which was in addition to 164 mobile service provider issues. Some 136 mobile service provider issues were also recorded for Three.Â
