Company formerly linked to Johnny Ronan loses dispute over dockland ownership

APOLOGY – JOHN RONAN, JODIE RONAN AND CHAMBURY INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED

On March 13 we published a court report entitled “Company formerly linked to Johnny Ronan loses dispute over dockland ownership” of a Judgment delivered by Mr. Justice Haughton in the High Court in a case between Chambury Investment Company Limited and Balark Investments Limited. In the article we stated that Judge Haughton “also noted ‘sharp commercial practice’ by Chambury over the acquisition of the property”. We are happy to clarify that Mr. Justice Haughton made no reference, suggestion or finding of ‘sharp commercial practice’ by Chambury or any persons associated with that company including John Ronan and Jodie Ronan. We apologise to Chambury, John Ronan and Jodie Ronan for the error and for any upset and distress it may have caused.
