Money stolen from 20,000 accounts after hackers target Tesco

The Tesco Bank hack that saw money stolen from 20,000 accounts over the weekend was "unprecedented", the head of Britain's financial regulator has said.

The chief executive of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said authorities were working to find the "root cause" of the breach.
