Topaz creates 10 new jobs with €3m redevelopment project

Fuel and convenience retailer Topaz has announced 10 new jobs at its redeveloped site on the Ballysimon Road in Limerick.

The Ballysimon launch comes fresh off the back of a recent announcement by the company that it has invested €3m and created a further 18 new jobs with the development of a state-of-the-art forecourt in Dublin, servicing the residents of Citywest and the surrounding locality.

Having officially launched last Thursday, the brand new Topaz ‘City Avenue’ site, like Ballysimon, features free wi-fi access, café seating, fresh food offers, Ad Blue pumps and hand-crafted barista coffee.

Speaking at the unveiling of the new Ballysimon store, Seán Moriarty, retail director at Topaz, said: “We are delighted to announce the addition of 28 jobs at our new service stations in Ballysimon and City Avenue.

“Both stations, as part of our Re.Store network, reflect our ongoing commitment to communities by offering a revolutionary forecourt and convenience experience at sites nationwide.

“I’d like to extend my thanks to all involved in the redevelopment of the Ballysimon site and wish our colleagues and store manager all the best as they continue to deliver top quality customer service to the local community and road users travelling the area.”
