Environmental taxes raise €4.6bn

€4.6 billion in environment-related taxes were collected here last year.

That represents an increase of 4.5% on the 2013 figure. However, the data from the CSO shows it is still 4.7% below the highest level of €4.8 billion collected in 2007.
