Financial software firm creates 15 jobs at new European base in Dublin

15 new jobs have been announced in Dublin at a financial technology company.

Proseeder, which makes software for investment firms working with private securities, is establishing a Dublin subsidiary as its first European office.

Making the announcement today, Minister for Business and Employment, Ged Nash, said the company was "a very welcome addition" to the capital.

"Our highly talented workforce and the Government’s strong support for companies who want to start and scale in Ireland were no doubt part of the reasons the team at ProSeeder chose Ireland," he said.

The 15 positions will be created over the next three years, with recruitment already underway.

"Dublin was a logical choice given the access to talent and the very pro-business environment in Ireland," said Colm Browne, Director of European Operations.

"This location will expand our support to our European clients and give us greater interaction with them as we continue to grow our business internationally."

The project was aided by Connect Ireland, an organisation which offers financial rewards to those who introduce new small business to the country.
