200 new jobs announced at financial firm

200 new jobs are on the way at Fidelity Investments.

The financial services provider made the announcement at the opening of its new office in Dublin this morning.

The company has technology and business operations in Galway and Dublin.

Minister for Jobs, Richard Bruton, said the employment news was a good story for Ireland, and that the financial services sector was linked to technology - an area targeted by the government for growth.
