Rabbitte: O2 takeover approval 'expected and predictable'

Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte has said that says the EU's green light for Three's takeover of O2 is "not surprising".

Minister Rabbitte was speaking after ComReg criticised the European Commission's reasoning for the decision as "insufficient, inadequate and ineffective".
