Prices increase by 0.2%, with biggest jump in education and alcohol

Prices are up by 0.2% on last year.

The biggest increase recorded from January 2013 to January 2014 was in Education, where prices rose by 4.6%, while alcohol and cigarettes saw a jump of 4.3%.
