AIB, EBS and Haven distressed-mortgages customers with may see partial write-offs

Some AIB, EBS and Haven mortgage customers in distress are to benefit from partial debt write-offs.

AIB will select customers who qualify for a new product, from a group who come to split mortgage arrangements with them.
