Business group reveals extent of vacant premises in towns

One fifth of premises in Ireland's town centres are vacant, according to the latest Irish business against litter survey.

A litter league of 42 town and cities around the country shows 83% of places are clean, but Dublin's North inner city remains a blackspot.
