'Responsible Business Week' under way in Dublin

Seminars to discuss business practices will take place during "Responsible Business Week" which gets underway in Dublin from today.

A number of events are being organised over the next number of days and a panel of CEOs from top Irish business will also attend.

A recent survey carried out by Amárach on behalf of Business in the Community Ireland showed that 72% of Irish consumers consider a company’s reputation before making a purchase.

"In a year where business reputation is really highlighted, what we're trying to do is allow companies to focus in on the business practices that they have," said Tina Roche, CEO of Business in the Community Ireland.
