Travel agents report steady business despite home heatwave

The travel industry reported a steady level of bookings among its members, despite the sunny summer weather in Ireland.

A quarterly survey carried out by the Irish Travel Agents Association found that the level of bookings increased or stayed the same compared with this time last year for 72% of its members, despite the sunny weather here at home this summer.
