Survey reveals Irish employers more optimistic about Irish economy

Despite being more optimistic about the domestic economy, Irish employers remain cautious about hiring staff.

That is the main finding of the latest Business Sentiment Survey by KBC Bank Ireland and the Chartered Accountants of Ireland.

Those surveyed believe the worst is over and they are confident of more growth in the coming months.

However Austin Hughes, Chief Economist with KBC Bank Ireland, has said people should take the findings with a pinch of salt.
