US drinkers sue beermakers for watering down beers

Drinkers in America are suing the company which makes Budweiser and Michelob, accusing it of watering down its beer.

Lawsuits filed in several states claim consumers are being cheated out of the alcohol content stated on labels.

It involves 10 brands made by Anheuser-Busch.

The company has described the claims as completely false and says its products are in full compliance with labelling laws.
