German finance minister calls for eurozone 'currency commissioner'

Germany's finance minister is calling called for the creation of a 'currency commissioner' for the eurozone.

Wolfgang Schaeuble say new wide ranging powers are needed over national budgets as part of a move to deepen integration and solve Europe's debt crisis.
